Where does each date come from?

A signing date printed only in the Arabic PDF is marked as such; where neither PDF prints one, we show the month in the file's address on the Ministry's website, marked "posted". The dated changes, newest first, are in the update log.

How are these quotes checked?

We keep the text of each PDF as we downloaded it, with the date. Every quote on this site is compared with it, word for word, each time the site is built; a quote that does not match stops the build. The Arabic PDFs have no text layer we can check, so the quotes are in English, and each Arabic page links the Arabic text where the Ministry publishes one.
