Who we are
The operator of Vattora is Xrero for Information Technology Network Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Department of Economy and Tourism licence 1415413). In this notice "we" means that business.
What we collect on this website
When you send a form we receive your name, company, work e-mail, mobile or WhatsApp number, and what you choose to tell us about your system and your needs. We also receive the page the form was sent from, and we log your IP address and the time of sending to protect the form from automated spam.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. It stores your colour-theme choice in your own browser only.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to run the readiness check you asked for, and to prepare a quotation. We do not sell your data and we do not send it to anyone for their own marketing.
Invoice data in the service
When you use Vattora, we process your invoice data only to build, check, deliver and track your e-invoices with the accredited service provider you appoint, as set out in your agreement with us.
Vattora runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the Dubai region. Your accredited service provider receives the e-invoices you send through it, acting on your instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the law asks us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Use the contact page and tell us what you need.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
